The play list for this evening. |
| The shawm (schalmei) is Alex's all-time favorite, especially played
during Herr Mannelich by Yellow Pfeiffer.. |
|
|
|
The medieval skirt of Der Letzte Einhorn looks great and matches
perfectly with the clothing of his band mates! |
| Die Lutter is rarely seen frontline, but when he is he really shows
off! I guess he is looking at his bass guitar, but we could hardly see it
because he certainly has more hair than Alex! |
|
|
|
What's Flex der Biegsame up to? Taking over Dr Pymonte's keyboard? |
| Close up of Der Lange playing his guitar. He was looking as joyful as
ever. |
|
|
|
Yellow Pfeiffer plays his unique snare instrument concentrated. |
| We were standing at the front row, so we really could see all what
happened on stage (Das Letzte Einhorn tickling Yellow Pfeiffers butt for example). |

For the first time we've seen this long coat in real life. We had only
seen it on pictures before. |
| The absolute peak of the evening was the fire breathing by Das Letzte Einhorn. He used both flaming sticks switching them pretty fast
on the beat of the drum and once and a while he used the two of them
together for a big blow. We thought he did it during the intro to 'Pavane'.
Alex saw it before on Waterpop in 1999, but for Barbara it was the first
time. We were so close, he actually sprayed petrol on us and our camera,
every blow! But it really was spectacular! We've asked Flex later why Das Letzte
Einhorn decided to breath fire this evening and Flex told us he was
having so much fun he just felt like doing it. |

Flex knows how to get people into clapping their hands: do it yourself!
After one or two claps the excited audience already joined him. |
| So he quit clapping and started playing his bagpipe. |

Shawm and small flute (?) with in the background the symbol of In
Extremo: the gallows. |
