In Extremo pictures

Jera On air, IJsselsteyn, May 20, 2004

As always Die Morgenstern tested his drum kit himself.
Die Lutter also wants to hear what his guitar sounds like before the show begins. Well, this show the audio equipment of the festival was very bad! The sound was not good at all!
Dr Pymonte has to adjust something too...
Yellow Pfeiffer seems to think: "Why are we here?" I guess that's not a strange question, because most of the audience came to see the band that played before In Extremo and only about 150 people stayed to see them.
This show the guys did what they had to do, but nothing more. Der Letzte Einhorn, Dr Pymonte and Flex had put some color in their hair, but they had better put some in their show. Couldn't blame them, with the bad equipment and the small audience...
Even Der Lange seemed to laugh less today...
Mischa did some of his typical poses, but not with a lot of passion in it.
Boris waits till it's his turn again.
Dr Pymonte plays the sound tree while Der Lange shows his best face for pictures...
Those burning sticks are nice to see.
Boris is bored and tells Die Morgenstern he catched a big fish lately.
But he knows when he's necessary to play the nickelharpa, his specialty.
Dr Pymonte plays the harp to start the song 'Vollmond'.
Mischa gives credits to his band mates.
What drawed Dr Pymontes attention? Is he looking at a clock to see if the show is over yet?
Looks like he has to go on for a while; Mischa is still singing.
Now he's quiet...
... but not for long!
Dr Pymonte decided to go on too and got his bagpipe.
Flex plays his special instrument.
Dr Pymonte still goes on...
Der Lange is the only one smiling now and then.
Some fire is needed to heat the show up.
A little pause to check the instruments...
"Everything working Rainer?"
Still not ready....
Let's go again! Mischa waits a little.
The flutes show up...
Is it heavy Dr Pymonte?
"Ai vis lo lop" or "Herr Mannelig"
Die Lutter giving some vocal help.
When the foil snippets were shot, it felt a little tragicomic because the audience got smaller and smaller and it was not really a party going on...
Flex tried his best.
Dr Pymonte also tried to lift it all up a bit..
"Villeman og Manhild"
The climax of the show, but not a big one.
But the pics are good...
"I'm glad it's over..." Mischa thinks.
They left before the flames had extinguished...
... and didn't say goodbye.
